StoryRoad was created by a small team of new parents searching for a simple, magical way to bring calm and connection into everyday family moments. During long days, busy routines, and especially car rides with our own little one, we found it surprisingly hard to find gentle, trustworthy audio stories that felt personal, warm, and comforting.
We also noticed how rare it was to find stories that worked naturally for families who speak more than one language or want to stay connected to their cultural roots. That became our inspiration: a storytelling experience that feels welcoming to multicultural and multilingual households, while remaining beautifully simple for everyone.
As new parents, we care deeply about safety and privacy. StoryRoad collects as little information as possible, and we avoid asking for anything that identifies your child. Every design choice, from our minimal story form to how we handle audio, comes from the same place. We built the product we wish we had, one that puts safety, simplicity, and peace of mind first.
